Working from home keep a journal
If you are working from home keeping a journal can benefit you by helping gain insight into the inner workings of your life. Start your journal now. If you aren't quite sure how to begin, start by talking to yourself. Ask yourself questions like, What do you like to do in your free time? If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? What is a typical day like? What makes you happiest, saddest? Describe your closest friend, and why they are unique to you? Describe your family? Make your journal uniquely yours. If you like to draw, include a few sketches. Clip comics or newspaper articles and paste them in your book, along with relevant photos, ticket stubs or other souvenirs. Remember to date each entry and include specific locations and full names of the people you're writing about. Journals with a difference. If writing by hand is difficult, record your thoughts and feelings in other ways: on your smartphone, voice or video You don't have to make a journal entry every day, but I advise writing at least once a week.
